MAKE IT EASIER: Step onto something lower OR alternate legs.

SINGLE-ARM DUMBBELL ROW - 3 Sets of 10 per Arm
MAKE IT HARDER: Use a heavier dumbbell, or do a Bent Row with Two Dumbbells
