Let's see if we're a good fit!
We can meet via online meeting (Zoom, Google Meet) or in person if you're local!
During your consultation, we will:
- discuss any health considerations you currently have
- discuss your fitness goals
- assess your posture and movement patterns through a series of gentle exercises and stretches
- discuss a plan of action!
And if you opt into one of my services, I will use the information I gather to design the best workout program for you!
(If you don't opt into training with me, you'll receive a report that will help you know what to do on your own to get the best results!)
You'll be invoiced for your consultation fee after we confirm date and time.
