  • Follow-along warm-up videos and post-workout-stretch videos included with every workout

  • Workouts are automatically scheduled according to the start date you choose, and you have the ability to reschedule workouts and set reminders

  • Workouts are interactive - the app will time your intervals, record your stats, and track your progress, and you can record stats too

  • Track the metrics that are most important to you  - there are many to choose from

  • Every exercise comes with a short video demonstration as well as exercise alternatives in case the assigned exercise isn't quite right for you

  • Daily access to me for help in adjusting workouts to better fit your needs!
