Welcome Back, Body is a gentle 6-week fitness program designed for anyone who's been sidelined due to joint pain, health issues, bad balance, or simply too many years away from fitness.
Squats hurt your knees? No problem - I have alternative exercises for you.
Can't bend like you used to? No problem - I have exercises to get you there.
Worried about doing too much too soon? No problem - I know how to ease you back in.
I've turned my 17 years of experience working with people who can't do traditional exercises into my own signature programming style, including adapted exercises designed to help you rebuild the strength, range of motion, and balance you need, all at a pace that's safe and effective!
