
Workout Program Levels Explained
Wondering which program level is for you? Read on to find out!

LEVEL: Pre-Fit
My Pre-Fit Programs are for you if any of the following things resonate:
- You can't find a single workout program, class at a gym, or YouTube workout this is right for you
- Every workout you find looks too hard, too intense, has too much jumping and too many advanced exercises
- You don't want to be the only one in the class who has to modify every exercise
- You have been away from exercise for a long time and need a very gentle restart
- You have health issues, joint pain, or extenuating circumstances that keep you from fitting into all of the one-size-fits-all workout programs
- You've had bad experiences with trainers or fitness instructors in the past who didn't listen to you, who scared you, who pushed you too hard too fast, or who were unable to meet your unique needs
LEVEL I: Beginner
My Level I Programs are for you if any of the following things resonate:
- You need a gentle start with low-impact, low-intensity exercises
- You've been away from exercise for a while so even if you have experience, a slow and steady approach is best for now
- You have health issues, joint pain, or extenuating circumstances that call for a safe, sensible, science-backed programming designed by an expert with experience working with people like you
- You don't need the latest craze; you need what works in a doable, proven, easy-to-follow format that doesn't take all damn day and that's it
- You're worried about getting hurt by going too hard, too soon

LEVEL II: Intermediate
My Level II Programs are for you if any of the following things resonate:
- You are an experienced exerciser and like a challenge
- You have a solid foundation and are ready take things to the next level
- You are in the mood for a change
- You exercise, but there's no rhyme or reason to what you do - you need structure to your program so you can take things to the next level
- You can handle higher-intensity workouts and some higher-impact exercises like jumping jacks, burpees, and plank jacks
- You are not currently held back by health issues or joint pain; you are not currently under doctor supervision for any health issues that affect your ability to exercise
LEVEL III: Advanced
My Level III Programs are for you if the following resonates....
