Straight Up Strength is a 6-week at-home bodybuilding-style program
built for experienced lifters who show up ready to work.
Each workout is dedicated to a specific muscle group, allowing for
high-volume sessions that drive the results you desire through
deliberate effort and progressive overload.
You’re not rushing through full-body circuits - you’re challenging
your muscles with purpose, precision, and intent.
You're not doing AMRAPs, random "muscle confusion" workouts (that's not
even a thing, by the way), or ballz-to-the-wall intervals - you're doing
heavy lifts with deep focus, max effort, and perfect form.
If you want to build muscle you can see in the mirror
at home with minimal equipment, this is the program for you!
Now offered in two versions you can do back-to-back!
The versions are meant to be done in order. Do Version 1 first. Version 2 is
about the same difficulty but has slightly longer workouts.
