I've been training athletes, older adults, and people with unique health challenges for over 30 years.
In those 30 years, I learned to ignore the fads and instead focus on safe, effective and appropriate exercise methods - fitness for real people with real challenges.
All those social media posts that show only already-fit people going all-out in ridiculously difficult (and downright dangerous) exercises? They're daunting and discouraging to me too.
Maybe it's where I find clients. Maybe it's the kind of people I spend my time with. That has not been my reality, nor the reality of my clients.
I created Body Basics to provide something different - workout options for real people with real challenges and health-focused goals.
Training with me will make you feel stronger than you've felt in a long time. You'll grow to feel confident in your body and steady on your feet, able to move in unique ways with less fear of injury, and proud and wowed by your own abilities.
This is possible for you! And I'll be there to coach you every day.
