I'm Laura Flynn Endres
I've been training athletes, older adults, and people with unique health challenges for over 30 years.
I created Body Basics to provide safe, effective, appropriate exercise options for people who don't love the usual gym scene - or as cross-training for those who do!
Training with me will make you feel stronger than you've felt in a long time. You'll grow to feel confident in your body and steady on your feet, able to move in unique ways with less fear of injury, and proud and wowed by your own abilities.
