My Body Basics Program is my top recommendation for anyone whose primary goals

are to get stronger, improve their mobility, feel better overall

and regain confidence in their body!

* Yes we go through Thanksgiving - there are always schedule challenges! We will support each other to do the best we can during the holiday weekend and any other obstacles life throws at us!

Now, you get a full workout program that helps you build functional strength, improve your mobility and balance, and feel amazing, all delivered in my interactive app or you can purchase the ebook version (or both!). 

Body Basics is a Level I program and includes (5) workouts each week, (3) full-body strength training workouts and (2) that focus on core, balance and mobility.
