Project Physique is my most comprehensive program yet. It's also gotten me super strong and super fit post-menopause, proving any season is your time to shine if you're ready to put in the work!
This 6-week at-home program rotates through upper body days, lower body days, and cardio & core days, checking all the boxes. The upper and lower body days are classic training - hypertrophy rep ranges, progressive overload, and built-in rest periods because if you're pushing hard you'll need them and if you rest long enough, you'll crush every set and get those gains!
The Cardio+Core days shake things up a bit with short, high-intensity circuits, offering a nice break from the hardcore strength sessions and bringing the calorie burn that will help you lean out.
Add in daily walking and dial in your nutrition, and you'll be amazed at the results you can achieve in just 6 weeks!
This program is built for experienced lifters who show up ready to work.
If you want to build muscle you can see in the mirror and
